PLEASE NOTE: Our online store return policy differs from our brick-and mortar, or in person, return policy. The reason for this is because online purchasers do not have the opportunity to see the jewelry in person.
Return Policy for In-Store Purchases
No Refunds. All non-custom Jewelry is sold as-is. Returns are for store credit only. A Goldmakers sales receipt must accompany any return. All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase and be in unworn and saleable condition. All sales are final on discounted merchandise. Goldmakers reserves the right to refuse any return.
Return Policy and Instructions for Online Orders
If you wish to return your Online purchase you must return the item within 10 business days of the item's delivery confirmation date. Items will not be accepted after 10 business days.
Please notify us promptly at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are returning an item and we will email you a label with instructions for shipping the item back to us. DO NOT return an item without first contacting us, as we may not accept the shipment. The cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility and will be withheld from the refund, except in the case of Goldmakers Jewelry sending an item in error. The item(s) being returned MUST be returned in as-purchased condition if an antique or new condition in order to receive a refund. Online orders may be returned in person to the store within 3 weeks for an in-store credit or exchange. Refunds are not offered on Custom Projects.
PLEASE NOTE alterations you have us make to a piece before the item is sent, such as changing the ring size, render an item final sale. This also applies to any custom-designed pieces. Always feel free to email us with further details or questions if you are having a piece altered or custom order made.
