Shopgoldmakers.com Return Policy

PLEASE NOTE: Our online store return policy differs from our brick-and mortar, or in person, return policy. The reason for this is because online purchasers do not have the opportunity to see the jewelry in person.
If you wish to return your online purchase, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving your item. Items will not be accepted for return if we are notified later than 10 business days after the item is received.
To submit a return, email us at goldmakersjewelry@gmail.com and we will email you a label with instructions for shipping the item back to us. DO NOT return an item without first contacting us, as we may not accept the shipment. Once we are notified you must ship the item back to us within 20 business days of the delivery of the item. The cost of return shipping is paid for by the buyer and will be withheld from the refund, except in the case of Goldmakers Jewelry sending an item in error. The item(s) being returned MUST be returned in as-purchased condition if an antique or new condition if new in order to receive a refund. Online orders may be returned in person to the store within 3 weeks for an in-store credit, gift card, or exchange.

PLEASE NOTE alterations you have us make to a piece before the item is sent, such as changing the ring size, render an item final sale. This also applies to any custom-designed pieces. Always feel free to email us with further details or questions if you are having a piece altered or custom order made.

-altered or sized rings
-custom orders
-gift cards
-some sale items where noted

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval (or rejection) of your refund.
Once you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

If your refund is missing or late…
First double check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
